These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vet2Vet Videos mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Vet2Vet Videos (“Vet2Vet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for licensed veterinarians, veterinary students, technicians, and other animal-health professionals aged 18 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vet2vetvideos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Videos, AI-generated notes, summaries, questions, and other materials are provided for general professional education. They may be incomplete, may not reflect current standards of care, and are not a substitute for your own clinical assessment. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in your own practice. AI-generated features may contain errors and must be independently verified before any clinical use.
If you upload content, you represent and warrant that:
An animal owner may withdraw consent. If an owner requests removal, notify us at support@vet2vetvideos.com; we will remove verified content within 14 business days.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Vet2Vet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, stream, and use your content to operate, improve, and promote the Platform (including in peer education and marketing). Vet2Vet and its logos, design, and software are our property or that of our licensors; you may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or create derivative works from Platform content except as expressly permitted.
You agree not to: upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content; misrepresent your credentials; post confidential patient/client data; attempt to bypass paywalls, security, or rate limits; scrape or bulk-download content; or use the Platform to harm others. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can report or block content and other users; reported content is reviewed and may be removed.
Vet2Vet offers subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features. Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Apple App Store on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store under its policies; we do not independently process App Store charges or refunds. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to access premium content ends. Certain uploaded content may remain on the Platform for ongoing educational purposes unless you request its removal.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular clinical situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vet2Vet and its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
