This Privacy Policy explains how Vet2Vet Videos (“Vet2Vet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Vet2Vet Videos mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

When a contributor uploads client-animal footage, we collect limited owner-consent information (for example, that consent was obtained) for audit purposes. This information is kept confidential and is not shared publicly. Owners may withdraw consent by contacting support@vet2vetvideos.com, and verified content will be removed within 14 business days.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Vet2Vet, our users, or the public. Content you post publicly (e.g., a video, comment, or public profile) is visible to other users.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account in the app; on deletion we remove or de-identify your personal information, subject to limited retention required by law or for legitimate audit purposes.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-user database row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is intended for veterinary professionals aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer where permitted by law.
